1917: Where it began
1990: A New Chapter
2019: WILL & MIKE’S
Sir George Davis established the Davis Gelatine company in Botany, creating a factory estate with beautiful gardens and recreation spaces.
The factory closed, but its historic administration building and part of the gardens remained, later becoming a café.
William and Michael brought their 30+ years combined experience and passion for food and hospitality to this unique setting, creating a welcoming café and venue for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.
