Can we bring our own decorations?Yes. You're welcome to personalise the venue with your own styling and decorations.There are a few restrictions to protect the property and make cleaning manageable – confetti, rice, glitter and similar materials aren't permitted.If you have something unusual or elaborate planned, just run it past us first.Can we bring our own suppliers?Yes. You're welcome to use external suppliers, provided they're approved by the venue and meet our insurance requirements.How much time do suppliers get to set up?Our packages generally include dedicated bump-in time before your event. For example, the private event package includes two hours of bump-in alongside the event hire period.Wedding packages also include additional supplier bump-in time.If your florist, stylist, entertainment company or another supplier needs longer, talk to us and we'll work through what's possible.Can we have a DJ or live music?Yes. DJs and live entertainment are welcome. Let our team know what you're planning so we can coordinate supplier access, setup and event timing.
